So Who is Dynamic Rewards?

Dynamic Rewards is a leader is loyalty and card based systems. Our technology backs some of the largest rewards program across Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Dynamic Rewards was established in 2006. Dynamic Rewards is based in Brisbane, Australia. Dynamic Rewards arose from the desire to produce a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that was easy and cost effective for small to medium businesses to use while at the same time providing substantial reporting features often only available in large airline based rewards programs.

The Dynamic Rewards program allows businesses to develop and monitor the shopping habits of their customers while at the same time providing substantial rewards for continuing customer loyalty. Participating program partners enjoy substantial reports and tracking features often only available to companies with multi million dollar budgets.

What is a Dynamic Rewards Licencee?

As a licencee you will have access to the systems, processes, know-how, products and services of Dynamic Rewards to create a business of your own. You will receive world class training and ongoing support to provide solutions to your own clients. Major opportunities exist for Dynamic Rewards across all major retail and service orientated industries. Most businesses within these fields don’t have the time to update databases or expertise to run and update a rewards program.

Dynamic Rewards small initial investment allows businesses to add the program to their existing business under a small budget and within days of approval. The market for such a rewards and CRM program are substantial.

How much do I need to invest?

Licence fee = AUD $14,750* Your licence fee gives you the ultimate support network. You will receive initial and ongoing training and your own support manager who will work with you to help you grow your business. What sort of background do I need?

We are looking for business professionals, with sales and/or marketing experience who understand that businesses must continue to grow through acquiring more customers and retaining existing ones. You will also need good communication skills, a sound understanding of business principles, an entrepreneurial spirit, the drive to succeed and the will to help people and businesses.

How will I get leads and sales?

As you can imagine, you will have all the latest lead generation and sales techniques available to you. You’ll be using the full suite of the most powerful, tried-and-tested marketing tools available to develop your business. You’ll also have access to the very latest thinking on the subject, ensuring you will remain ahead.

What contracts do I have to sign?

You will be required to sign a full legally binding Licence Agreement. Our obligations, the obligations of the Licensor and your obligations will be clearly laid out.

What does the Training Program Involve?

The Training covers the following:
• How to set up your new business
• The services you can offer clients
• Selling/Sales
• Placing Orders
• Client Relationships

What level of on-going training and support do I get?

On-going training for new or existing technology will always be offered to our Licencees. As previously mentioned, you will also be designated a support manager, who will be the person who will assist with the work you need to do to ensure you have 100% delighted customers.

Do I need a marketing background?

It is helpful, but not necessary . The most important qualities you will need are good communication skills, a sound understanding of business principles, an entrepreneurial spirit, the drive to succeed and the will to help people and businesses.

Who will my target clients be?

Every business requires either marketing programs, a website and cost effective way to communicate to their database (email). Small and large businesses will be able to use your services. Every business owner is always looking for new ways in how to generate more growth or profit, and you will be able to provide them with the help they need to do so.

Why will business owners want me as their consultant?

Well, times are changing. More and more business owners realise that in today’s fast-paced business environment, there’s no way they can stay abreast of technology and marketing strategies, let alone keep ahead of them. More and more business owners are discovering that, while they might survive without the latest technology and marketing techniques, it’s all but impossible to thrive without one.

Will this business work in my area?

With every business, the one thing you can almost count on is that they all want more customers, more revenues and more profit…. How many hours will I work… and should I employ anyone?

Like all new businesses, the first year will be the hardest, not because of the amount of work you’ll do, but because the work will be different. We will provide coaching, help and assistance along the way to help you adapt as quickly as possible. As you settle into your new business and start building client relationships, you will find that a regular income will commence to flow through the weekly, fortnightly or even monthly work which your clients will require. This means that you won’t need to spend so much time promoting or marketing your business.
As for hiring more staff, this will be entirely up to you. If your client base increases to the point where you want to start growing your business, you have the choice to employ someone whom you can train, giving you the ability to be more flexible with the hours you work.

Can I work from home?

Yes we suggest you start working from home. If you decide to expand your business at a later date, you may then wish to use a serviced office or rent an office suite.

Why is this any different to just being a sales agent?

There are a number of distinctions between being a Sales Agent and a Dynamic Rewards Licencee. Primarily as a Dynamic Rewards Licencee you are building inherent value in the business and leveraging your investment at a rate many times greater than being a sales agent. As your clients are just that YOUR CLIENTS and therefore provide you with turnover and profits. (Assuming you do your job!) This is the basis for any business valuation and will typically result in a value that is anywhere from 1 to 10 times earnings.

How do you determine the territories?

As a Dynamic Rewards Licencee you are free to sell to the WORLD. We recognise that many businesses today can be related in some way to many other businesses; whether it is as a subsidiary, associate or strategic partner. Dynamic Rewrads presently services clients all around the world. Our business model is such that there are no physical restrictions to who and when you can sell. As a Dynamic Rewards Licencee you have the all the tools and advantages of the internet to be able to service clients irrespective of their location.

What Royalty charges are payable?

A penalty for performance!!!!! This just isn’t the Dynamic Rewards way. We believe that as a business person you are perceptive enough to realise that royalty charges simply make the Licensor fat and lazy – at your expense. We have a simple structure whereby when we do work for you, we get paid. It’s as simple as that!

What do I pay for Dynamic Rewards Services?

We will provide you with a complete price list of services in the licence documents. The price list uses a RRP to determine the target selling price and provides a mark from which to calculate your cost. (The RRP is never published). This cost is fixed under the RRP which therefore allows you to sell services for a greater figure and improve your gross margin.

Can I sell my business?

Frankly, we can’t think of any reason that you might not want to be a Dynamic Rewards Licencee other than being made an offer you simply can’t refuse. You are entitled to sell your business at any time. Naturally as we love the business so much we do ask that you give us the opportunity to match the offer or maybe even better it.
Technology/Marketing companies are very attractive to many people and still attract very good resale values.

What technical skills do I need?

As a Dynamic Rewards Licencee you have a complete infrastructure behind you with all the capabilities you could ever possibly need. From your point of view the critical skills you will need are to be able to communicate with business owners and managers about business matters such as ‘how can they grow their business’ or ‘what new products can we sell’. These questions are really at the heart of what we do – “We help businesses to grow”

It is our job at Dynamic Rewards to train you in how to successfully identify the strategies that will apply to different business dependent on their current situation. We do this through comprehensive and ongoing training and providing you with marketing expertise in templates, presentations, strategies and case studies.
